NetSuite over Epicor, SAP: After reviewing nine solutions including Epicor and SAP, Allcon chose NetSuite for its flexibility, scalability and robust customisation to manage its finance, CRM, order and inventory management processes for 2,000 SKUs kept in stock and 4,000 more sourced from partners for its 500+ clients.

Revenue soars: With NetSuite, Allcon has grown its revenue by 30 percent over the last 12 months. Automation has streamlined processes like invoicing, which used to take several people approximately three days at month’s end to complete. These are now batch emailed in minutes every few days.

Ecommerce will fuel expansion plans: NetSuite’s cloud architecture seamlessly enables expansion into other Australian states.
