Qlik deploys NetSuite OneWorld to gain insight into more than 25 subsidiaries across more than 100 countries

Cloud Delivery Enables Qlik to Efficiently Extend Standardized ERP to Every Corner of the Business

Qlik and NetSuite Partner to Deliver Visual Analytics Platform for the Agile, Data-driven Enterprise

SUITEWORLD 2015, San Jose, Calif.—May 5, 2015—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP and omnichannel commerce software suites, today announced that Qlik® (NASDAQ: QLIK), a leader in visual analytics, has gone live on NetSuite OneWorld after replacing Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). With NetSuite OneWorld, Qlik is able to manage its mission-critical business processes around the world, including global financial consolidation, sales quoting, invoicing, fixed assets and contract renewals for over 25 subsidiaries across more than 100 countries. NetSuite was the only company that could provide Qlik with the power of both a global cloud-based business management system and a robust cloud development platform to significantly automate processes and gain visibility into its quote-to-cash business process uniting sales, operations and finance. Additionally, the companies announced a partnership under which Qlik can leverage the SuiteCloud development platform to develop an integrated solution combining the Qlik visual analytics platform with NetSuite.

Radnor, Penn.-based Qlik provides a portfolio of products to meet customers' growing needs from reporting and self-service visual analysis to guided, embedded and custom analytics to approximately 35,000 customers. Prior to selecting NetSuite, Qlik used disparate systems and manual processes passing quotes between its Salesforce.com CRM system and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. After evaluating other on-premise ERP systems, Qlik chose NetSuite because it could deliver a powerful combination of the global cloud-based financials of NetSuite OneWorld. NetSuite's underlying SuiteCloud platform provided Qlik with the ability to integrate quotes entered into its Salesforce CRM system by global sales reps and partners directly into NetSuite, automating the quote-to-cash process.

"NetSuite has significantly simplified and automated our processes internationally," said Lars Björk, CEO of Qlik. "With a flexible, cloud-based system built on a modern architecture as our foundation, we know we're in a strong position to continue to grow our international business and bring our visual analytics platform to all corners of the globe while evolving to meet the needs of our customers."

"Market leaders like Qlik are managing global businesses and driving innovation with NetSuite's powerful cloud-based platform," said NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson. "The flexibility and agility of NetSuite, together with the ability to easily customise the solution to meet unique business needs, is helping to create a roadmap for continued disruption."

NetSuite's Future-Proof System Readies Qlik for Continued Growth

The NetSuite OneWorld implementation has already provided Qlik with the following benefits:

License key integration. Integration with Qlik's internal license keys expedite the provisioning of Qlik products upon receipt of a customer signature, allowing Qlik to recognise revenue faster.

Global financial consolidation. Qlik has the ability to consolidate over 25 subsidiaries within NetSuite and transact in more than 25 currencies.

Automated contract renewals. Qlik has leveraged NetSuite to aid in the automation of its significant renewal business.

User-friendly, localised product capabilities. Qlik's order-to-cash can generate quotes in 20 different country formats and 10 different languages in a user-friendly design.

Automated bill entry. Qlik's personnel can now automatically scan vendor bills into NetSuite, saving time-consuming and error-prone rekeying efforts.

Electronic signature. With capabilities from NetSuite partner EchoSign, Qlik can expedite the provisioning of license keys for purchased products, speeding revenue recognition.

Bi-directional integration. Real-time updates to Salesforce.com through a Dell Boomi integration enable Qlik to easily manage forecasts.

Leaders in Cloud Business Management Suite and Visual Analytics Form Strategic Partnership

Qlik and NetSuite also announced today that Qlik has joined NetSuite's SuiteCloud Developer Network to bring together Qlik's fully integrated, intuitive platform for visual analytics with NetSuite's cloud business management software suite and allow business users to visually analyze NetSuite's unified financial, omnichannel commerce and CRM data. With Qlik's easy-to-use, drag-and-drop environment users can create their own dashboards and data visualizations to make more informed business decisions.
