EstesGroup, Fieldpoint Service Applications Inc. and OTT, Inc. have joined the NetSuite Solution Provider Program to capitalise on the fast-growing demand for cloud ERP software among businesses of all sizes. The partnership with NetSuite enables each solution provider to bring the world’s #1 cloud ERP to clients of all sizes and help them gain the superior business visibility, efficiency, scalability and agility possible with NetSuite. The new NetSuite partners are broadening their portfolios beyond supporting traditional on-premise ERP solutions from such vendors as Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics as client organisations look to eliminate the inflexibility, on-going maintenance and high costs of in-house on-premise systems by turning to the cloud.

EstesGroup Adds #1 Cloud ERP to Portfolio

EstesGroup (www.estesgrp.com) was founded in 2004 in Estes Park, Colo. as an ERP consultancy focused on business improvement and is now based in Loveland, Colo., serving clients primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, retail, financial services and professional services industries. With a strong team of professionals with an average of 14 years in the industry and clients throughout the US and Canada, EstesGroup adds NetSuite to its existing Epicor, IQMS, and Microsoft ERP practices. NetSuite’s partner training and its breadth and depth of expertise were key factors in EstesGroup joining the NetSuite Partner Program, as was its leading position in the marketplace.

“As NetSuite has matured and the functionality has deepened, it became a logical choice for us,” said Bruce Grant, EstesGroup CEO. “NetSuite is the undisputed leader in cloud ERP and the trend is clear. Clients want to move to the cloud even in laggard industries. It was time for us to get on the bandwagon.”

Fieldpoint Brings #1 Cloud ERP to the Field

Fieldpoint Service Applications Inc. (http://fieldpoint.net/) provides implementation and consulting services along with its own field services management solution for customers in the IT services, medical device distribution, industrial equipment and telecom. Based in Toronto, Fieldpoint has seen 30 percent annual growth over the last three years, primarily by integrating its field service management into Microsoft Dynamics GP solutions. It is joining the NetSuite Solution Provider Program and the SuiteCloud Developer Network to extend its offerings to a full cloud-based solution.

“We really want to offer our customers a complete ERP application, from the field services side up to services logistics to financials,” said Mike Mance, vice president of business development, Fieldpoint Service Applications Inc. “We will provide an industry-specific offering by tailoring our software and using NetSuite’s customization tools to tune functionality so that when a technician has finished a case in the field, all the data surrounding that appointment—cost, productivity, analysis—is driven all the way through the ERP and CRM systems.”

OTT, Inc. Launches Cloud ERP Practice with NetSuite

OTT, Inc. (http://ott-inc.com/), based in Minneapolis, Minn. is creating a cloud ERP practice with NetSuite, adding it to its existing Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM and Office 365 products. With customers in 18 different states and Canada, OTT has a strong presence in the nonprofit, manufacturing, professional services and durable goods distribution industries. With a 14-person team with more than 10 years of experience in the industry apiece, OTT turned to NetSuite after continued inquiries from customers and prospects about cloud ERP. It also plans to develop custom and complementary solutions built on the NetSuite SuiteCloud development platform for its clients.

“One thing we heard loud and clear from prospects was the need for a unified and integrated solution from a single provider, and it was very important in the ERP and CRM space,” said Eric Sheehan, CEO of OTT. “We see that in NetSuite, customers don’t have to go to one partner for hosting, another for licensing, another for integration and another for the database. We’re excited to help our clients grow their business on the NetSuite platform.”
