Since its launch, two years ago, SuiteLife is helping ANZ partners grow their practice quicker and enabling them to deliver the value of cloud ERP to customers sooner.

Partners are important to our growth in ANZ and we continue to look for new and improved ways to collaborate with them. In the past year, partner engagement is up 23 percent in our virtual JAPAC enablement sessions. We are now able to offer more classes, more often. In addition, we are able to supplement the formal training with additional sales, pre-sales and delivery sessions that are focused on customer outcomes.

This demonstrates that we are delivering on our goal: To make it as easy as possible for new partners to get up to speed. Globally, new Solution Providers are reaching their first NetSuite sale 63 percent quicker compared to last year, which indicates they are likely growing their business faster than ever before.

Despite the challenges of the last 12 months, customer demand for cloud ERP continues to rise. In fact, in ANZ, our Solution Provider partners have generated 76 percent more new NetSuite customer logos year-on-year. These results suggest SuiteLife has helped equip our partners with the resources, certified training, and tools they need to drive customer success.

Here’s what our 5-Star partners have to say:

“We’ve been a NetSuite ANZ Solution Provider Partner for the past 10 years and during this time our business has seen strong growth. With NetSuite’s cloud ERP solution, we have been able to meet customers’ needs through a team of highly-experienced consultants committed to an implementation methodology around optimising processes,” said Paul Beattie, General Manager of Liberate IT. “SuiteLife has abled us to help more businesses migrate to the cloud quicker and easier resulting in an increased level of operational excellence through NetSuite’s friendly interface and easy-to-access to mission critical information.”

“Assisting more complex businesses to succeed and flourish with NetSuite is at our core, and we do this backed by the knowledge and training that SuiteLife provides us,” said Don McLean, CEO of onlineone. “As a NetSuite partner and user, we recognise the value of providing a solution that our customers can depend on to successfully grow and run their businesses for years to come. SuiteLife allows our team to expand their skills and certifications, so that we can continue to offer the best possible service to our customers.”

“As we continue to expand in Australia, SuiteLife will continue to play an important role in enhancing our knowledge and providing us with the support needed to deliver value to our customers,” said Stephen Canning, CEO at JCurve Solutions. “The past year has shown the success of our partnership as we help businesses across all industries build resilience while adapting to new ways of working. We look forward to strengthening our partnership and to unlocking more growth opportunities together.”

“As a NetSuite partner with many years of experience supporting our ANZ clients, we have seen first-hand how a high level of competence and training can add value to our customers,” said Matthew Owens, Sales and Marketing Director at Annexa. “SuiteLife has been fantastic in providing a framework to help us continually improve our knowledge and skillsets to deliver better outcomes for our clients.”

"At Fusion5 we know how fortunate we are to work alongside some of Australia’s best known brands. Our investment in the SuiteLife program definitely helps us to improve our knowledge and skillsets.”

Building NetSuite BPO

In addition to SuiteLife, the NetSuite Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Partner Program in ANZ is also gaining momentum since its launch last year.

Designed for partners who provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Business Process as a Service (BPaaS), this program is the industry's first and only BPO program that offers a unified cloud-based solution of ERP, CRM and ecommerce to support clients of any size ranging from small businesses and fast growing start-ups to multi-national Global 2000 corporations.

Anthony Sullivan, who runs the Digital team at partner PKF Australia, a leading Accountant and Business advisory company with 94 partners and 750 staff, said “The NetSuite BPO program will help us deliver a quality service through a proven, standardised process. Our clients will be able to take advantage of a scalable model and fast deployment times. We will be able to offer our services to additional companies, previously not possible.”

New microvertical program for partners

NetSuite’s microvertical program provides partners with a leading, best-practice approach to create NetSuite-based industry solutions leveraging their domain expertise.

Globally, NetSuite partners have been building add-ons to support microverticals, including micro-breweries, automobile dealerships and law firms. We found that NetSuite partners that target microverticals grow significantly faster than partners that don’t, and are also able to drive incremental revenue on top of their core NetSuite business.
