Zach Nelson
President and Chief Executive Officer
NetSuite Inc.
Zach Nelson's 20-year career spans executive positions in marketing, sales, product development and business strategy at some of the most influential and innovative technology companies, including Oracle Corporation, Sun Microsystems and McAfee. In 2000, as CEO of McAfee subsidiary myCIO.com, Nelson delivered the industry's first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) security solution for business. Before that, Nelson was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Oracle, where he was responsible for global marketing strategy and implementation. At Sun, he drove the marketing and branding of the first version of the Solaris operating system and led the product and corporate marketing efforts at the company's SunSoft division.
CEO of NetSuite since 2002, Nelson led the company's successful IPO in 2007 and its rise from startup to a leading cloud computing company in the industry. He holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University.
