The advertisements are marketed via web shop, call centre and key account management, and all advertisements are implemented by the After Sales team and commercially processed in the bookkeeping department. A Flexible Company Needs Flexible Solutions

Agility and reliability: When the company started a strategic realignment of their entire business in 2012, meinestadt.de embarked on a search for a new ERP solution that could provide flexibility, holistic control of all processes with a centralised database and reliable real-time transparency of all data. NetSuite convinced with its functionality, flexibility and openness—and with its partner Alta Via. The project began in November 2013 and went live shortly afterwards on 1 January 2014.

Reporting at the touch of a button: Reporting the monthly results to the parent company on the second working day of the following month no longer presents a challenge for meinestadt.de: Current data is available in real-time to the financial accounting and controlling teams, and is automatically integrated into the reports. This applies to the self-service orders placed in the web shop by smaller customers, as well as to collective invoices sent to large accounts.

Integration and openness: Leveraging REST, web services and server-to-server communication, meinestadt.de integrated its portal with NetSuite. Regardless of whether the customer sends streams of his ads or configures them in the web shop: All relevant data is transmitted to NetSuite, which generates the order, creates and sends the invoice to the customer and uploads it as PDF into the web shop archive. meinestadt.de—and NetSuite—are open for further integrations: CRM, HR data and incoming invoices are the next candidates.
