NetLedger Partners with ADP to Offer Online Accounting Solution

San Mateo, Calif. – March 13, 2000 – NetLedger, Inc., the world's leading provider of a Web-based accounting solution for small businesses, today announced an exclusive partnership with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: AUD), the world's leading provider of integrated payroll, human resources and benefits administration services. As a result of today's announcement, NetLedger's online accounting solution will be integrated with ADP's EasyPayNet online payroll solution.
