Summary:
NetSuite is looking for an exceptional, self-directed Product Manger to drive and manage components of our innovative and award winning SuiteCloud Platform. You will work with our Platform Solutions Group in Manila to understand their requirements for building solutions on the NetSuite platform. This touches on all areas of platform including point and click customizations, SuiteScript and the related APIs, as well as SuiteBundler which is our SaaS solution packaging and release tool.

As a NetSuite product manager, your responsibilities will include understanding customer and developer needs, gathering requirements, managing feature backlogs, and working with world-class teams to deliver these features. To be successful in this role, you will need a solid understanding of programming concepts, API design, customization tools, and design and development of quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the needs of current and target customers and developers through quantitative and qualitative research.
• Prioritize features and investments to get the maximum customer benefit and drive continuing growth of NetSuite.
• Create, execute and communicate product backlog, prioritize product enhancements and customer requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
• Proactively conceive, document and drive the creation of new features. Create use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements that clearly articulate desired product functionality.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Doc, and UI and the rest of the product management team to deliver great products to our customers.
• Partner with the Platform Solutions Group, Professional Services and Support to successfully rollout a stable and consistent platform offering and ensure a great end-to-end developer experience.

Qualifications/Skills:

• At least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar degree.
• At least 5 years technical project management, product development, or technical professional services experience. A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and product management processes.
• Familiarity with general programming languages and concepts. Experience building web-based applications is preferred. JavaScript or other scripting language experience is preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions.
• Ability to make recommendations and decisions independently, to sell ideas to management and make convincing arguments for the direction of the products.
• Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions. A track record for building products with exceptional user experience.
• A track record of successfully working with development, QA, and technical writing to deliver quality products.
• Strong organizational skills: task prioritization, effective time management, meeting facilitation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills especially working with offshore teams.
