SAN MATEO, Calif.—September 22, 2005—NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business management software for small and medium-sized businesses, today announced that it has become an Alliance Partner of the Information Technology Alliance (ITA). ITA is a highly regarded international not-for-profit association of leading consulting and VAR firms, CPA firms, and technology product/service providers. The ITA's decision to have NetSuite as an Alliance Partner was based on the high level of support and service NetSuite has provided to its channel partners and customers, and its commitment to being a leader in the information technology (IT) industry.
"The primary focus of ITA is to provide an independent forum for leading IT business owners to exchange information, share best practices, assess the current status and future direction of the profession, and thereby to improve their overall business results," said Ron Eagle, president of ITA. "NetSuite has shown that they are committed to being part of the long-term success of their business partners and their end user customers."
"As an ITA Alliance Partner, we look forward to the opportunity to network and collaborate with other members since they share a common goal of providing superior products and services to the small and mid-sized business community," said Kimberly Graham, director of channel marketing for NetSuite. "We are always looking for ways to improve our products and to help our business partners succeed."
Considered to be the core of the ITA, Alliance Partners consist of firms that develop hardware and/or software products for the SMB market. Further, Alliance Partners—like NetSuite—believe in the "Channel Partner" concept to deliver their products and services to end-users. Alliance Partner status is voted on by a board of Practice Firms and Alliance Partner companies based on the value that candidates would bring to the organization.
NetSuite's technology innovation and commitment to its Channel Partner program made the company a welcomed addition to the ITA. As an Alliance Partner, NetSuite will contribute to partner forums on the state of the market and best practices, as well as build relationships with this particular business community.
ITA, www.italliance.com, is a not-for-profit professional trade association of leading firms and companies whose purpose is to share information and build relationships that improve the way member firms do business. Because the ITA membership roster consists of many of the most highly regarded mid-market technology professionals and product/service providers, ITA enjoys substantial collective influence and often acts as an authoritative voice for the IT profession.
