NetLedger goes to Australia with NetSuite™

Leading CRM and ERP applicaiton service provider partners with Net Return to deliver NetSuite to the Australian business market

Sydney, Australia, May 15, 2003—NetLedger, Inc., makers of Oracle® Small Business Suite, today announced a strategic partnership with Net Return, the leading online service provider in Australia, to bring NetLedger's on-line business management applications to Australia. NetSuite's entry into Australia will provide the first integrated front-office and back-office application service for the Australian business market. The Oracle Small Business Suite name is used under license from Oracle Corporation (Nasdaq: ORCL).

NetSuite is the world's most widely used on-line application software. NetLedger has expanded outside the U.S. through strategic partnerships. Going to Australia is the second international initiative that NetLedger has taken since it entered the U.K. through its partnership with BT last fall. Under the terms of the agreement with Net Return, NetSuite will be customised to meet the specific needs of the Australian business environment; and Net Return will host the product in Australia. As part of the aggressive marketing and distribution plan, Net Return will act as a master distributor targeting broad reseller channels in Australia to deliver NetSuite to end-user companies.

"The old way of implementing business solutions — buying applications from different vendors and struggling to integrate them — is quickly dying," said Zach Nelson, president and CEO of NetLedger. "Our partnership with Net Return will bring the benefits of a modern integrated business application to companies that want to streamline their operations."

Stuart McLean, managing director for Net Return said, "NetSuite makes business life easier for SME's — improving staff productivity, business decision making and customer service. Our objective is to reduce the time businesses spend on laborious but essential business processes, increasing the time they have to focus on staying ahead of the competition. NetSuite levels the playing field for SMEs."
