NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N) is a public software company. The company was founded in October 1998 by Evan Goldberg and Larry Ellison — and was initially known as NetLedger, Inc.

Zach Nelson, President and Chief Executive Officer
Zach Nelson has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry, where he has held a variety of executive positions spanning marketing, sales, product development and business strategy with leading companies including Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and McAfee/Network Associates. Nelson has been CEO of NetSuite since 2002. He was listed as one of the top 10 visionary CEOs in the Silicon Valley and was named to Fortune magazine's Businessperson of the Year list and CRN's 25 Most Influential Executives in 2012. Nelson led NetSuite's successful IPO in 2007 and its rise from start-up to the industry's cloud ERP leader. Under his leadership, NetSuite has become the leading provider of cloud computing business management software suites in the world. Nelson holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University.

Evan Goldberg, Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of the Board
Evan Goldberg spent eight years at Oracle Corporation, where he served as a vice president. He was involved in a variety of projects, all focused on making powerful database technology more accessible to users. When he left Oracle, he started mBED Software and built groundbreaking website technology. He founded NetSuite in 1998. Goldberg holds a B.A. Summa Cum Laude in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.

Jim McGeever, Chief Operating Officer
Jim McGeever is responsible for many of NetSuite's internal operations including sales, services, support and administration, and spearheads NetSuite's industry and customer satisfaction programs. He joined NetSuite in 2000 and, as chief financial officer, rapidly built a global financial organization across seven countries and was a driving force behind NetSuite's successful IPO in 2007. Previously, McGeever was director of finance for Clontech Laboratories, the corporate controller at Photon Dynamics, and a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young. He holds a B.Sc. from the London School of Economics and in 2007 was named the Bay Area CFO of the Year.

Ron Gill, Chief Financial Officer
Ron Gill is responsible for overseeing the company's global financial strategy and operations. Since joining NetSuite in 2007, he has been responsible for NetSuite's accounting and finance functions, serving as vice president of finance, then as senior vice president of finance. Prior to joining NetSuite, Gill was vice president, finance, at Hyperion Solutions. Previously, he held a variety of financial positions with several of the world's largest technology companies, including SAP, Dell and Sony. Gill holds a Master of International Business Studies degree from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. from Baylor University.

Jeff Honeycomb, President, North America Distribution
With more than 30 years of IT-related leadership experience, Jeff brings to NetSuite a wealth of experience stimulating business growth, handling aggressive corporate and client leadership roles, and solidifying profitable C-level relationships at companies in finance, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, communications, insurance, and more. As President, Distribution, Jeff is charged with driving NetSuite's overall sales strategy and sales operations in North America.

Prior to joining NetSuite, Jeff was President of Magic Solutions, a division of McAfee, providing leading edge Service Management solutions to the Small and Medium marketplace. Previously, he was President and COO of Oracle RightNow Cloud Service, formerly RightNow Technologies, a global cloud CRM company, which has been a leader in the move to cloud solutions.

Jeff received a BS/BA from the University of Southern Maine.

Tim Dilley, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Services and Chief Customer Officer
Tim Dilley has more than 25 years experience in technology customer service and has held executive management positions in professional services and customer support. At NetSuite, he is responsible for driving customer success and manages global teams in consulting, training, customer support and client management. Prior to NetSuite, Dilley was senior vice president of Global Customer Services at Informatica, an associate partner for Worldwide Utilities at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and a co-founder of Axiom Management Consulting. Dilley holds a B.S. in business administration from California State University at Fresno.

Marty Réaume, Chief People Officer
A seasoned HR professional with more than 22 years' experience in Human Resources, Marty is NetSuite's Chief People Officer, overseeing the company's global HR programs. Since joining NetSuite in 2005 she has spearheaded a number of key HR initiatives, successfully built a global team of HR professionals and developed and streamlined the company's HR processes and policies. Previously, she was the Director of Human Resources for Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA), one of the leading global multi-insurance groups, a Senior Manager, HR for CT Securities, and a Compensation Consultant for National Trust. She received her BA in Labour Management from the University of Toronto—University of St. Michael's College, her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor, and her Master's in Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University. Marty continues to deepen her knowledge in many disciplines of HR, and has a particular interest in Behavioural Analysis and the positive impact on recruiting and retaining talent.
