“With NetSuite integrated with our CRM software, sales orders can be fulfilled and invoices sent automatically, cutting the time it takes to manage everything from 75 hours down to just 11 hours a month—one of many significant savings.” Ioannis Tsakatanis, Director of Financial Systems, Workable

Keeping Up with the Pace of Change

Hiring through the cloud
Workable has developed AI technology to recommend candidate matches and advertise to individual candidates, consigning the days of email and spreadsheets to history. Clients include Deloitte, M&S, Porsche and Ryanair, as well as a growing number of small to medium-sized businesses attracted by the relative ease of adopting cloud technology without having to rely on large HR departments.
Automated invoicing and accounting
For a progressive technology company whose mantra is all about reducing administrative tasks through automation, turning to NetSuite OneWorld to speed up its invoicing and project management processes was an obvious solution. For Workable, managing multiple customers and subsidiaries in different currencies and manually calculating revenues was becoming increasingly cumbersome.
Saving time and effort
Before NetSuite, 5,000-8,000 invoices each month are imported and reconciled for payment in a simple two-click process. Before, this took the finance team around 25 hours to manually import, then another 50 hours to reconcile with the bank. Closing the books and calculating revenues is now possible every month, taking eight days for a full financial close, instead of 45 previously.
Flexibility and ease of adoption
Workable says it likes the flexibility and ease of being able to add new modules in the future—such as financial analytics tools, or a customer portal—as it continues to grow and evolve.
