VAR and Systems Integrator Optimises End-to-End Processes

One solution for ERP, CRM and ecommerce: Barcoding turned to NetSuite to eliminate the poor visibility and disparate data it endured with siloed ERP and CRM systems. It’s automated the quote-to-cash cycle with NetSuite and an add-on ConnectWise application, and has a single, real-time view by using both NetSuite ERP and CRM. And with NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced, Barcoding launched an ecommerce site serving its B2B customers and partners.

Revenue soars, while costs remain stable: Barcoding has grown revenue about 200% in its nearly three years on NetSuite, but without adding significant staff. In fact, it’s avoided the need to hire as many as four full-timers it would otherwise have needed. Order efficiency is up 30 to 40 percent. Also on the rise is satisfaction among Barcoding’s 2,500 North American customers in field service, distribution, warehousing, retail and more.

New flexibility to scale and grow: After its initial launch, Barcoding upgraded to NetSuite OneWorld to better manage four subsidiaries, including a mobile integrator in Washington state. Time-consuming financial consolidation headaches disappeared. Instead, the 150-person company can focus resources on innovation and customer service.
