NetSuite recognised for leadership diversity

National Organisation Promoting Appointment of Women to Boards of Directors Honors NetSuite for Fourth Consecutive Year

SAN MATEO, Calif.—March 19, 2015—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP and omnichannel commerce software suites, today announced that it has been named a 2020 Women on Boards Winning "W" company for the fourth consecutive year for its commitment to diversity on its board of directors. Public and private companies whose boards are comprised of 20 percent or more women are identified as Winning "W" companies by 2020 Women on Boards, a national campaign dedicated to increasing the percentage of women on corporate boards to 20 percent by 2020.

NetSuite's eight-member board consists of two amazing and accomplished women helping to lead and advise the company:

Deborah A. Farrington, Founder and General Partner, StarVest Partners, L.P. a New York City-based venture capital firm that invests in technology-enabled business services, currently sits on the NetSuite board, one other public and several private corporate boards, is a Trustee of Smith College and on the Visiting Committee of Harvard Business School. Previous positions included President and CEO of Victory Ventures, LLC, a New York-based private equity firm; Managing Director of Asian Oceanic Group, a Hong Kong-based merchant bank; and Director of Merrill Lynch International, Farrington has had a distinguished career in investment and international banking.

Catherine Kinney, the former President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of the New York Stock Exchange, is a member of the NetSuite board and serves as chair of the board of directors of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York. Prior to her retirement from the NYSE Euronext, Kinney served as Group Executive Vice President and Head of Global Listings after rising steadily through the ranks at NYSE.

About 2020 Women on Boards
2020 Women on Boards is a national campaign to increase the percentage of women on U.S. company boards to 20 percent or greater by the year 2020. Since the campaign started in 2010, there has been real progress. Today women hold 17.7 percent of the board seats in the Fortune 1000, up from 14.6 percent in 2010.
